At The Little Framing Company we specialise in bespoke, custom, hand made frames. From simple black and white poster frames to hand-painted bobbin mirrors and almost everything in between, there really isn't much we can't make a frame for. If the type of artwork or item you're looking to frame isn't listed above, fear not, that doesn't mean we won't be able to frame it. If we listed every single item, the list would be a mile long! Can’t find the perfect mirror to add the finishing touch to your room? Look no further. We can make bespoke mirrors that no only you will love, but that will be the envy of your friends, family and neighbours!

You can choose one of our pre-finished frames or we can make something completely bespoke for you. We specialise in hand made, hand painted, bobbin frames - we can use almost any paint brand to match the colours in your home, we recommend and love the Farrow and Ball signature range. We also have some ready made options available in store to take away.

If you want something extra special, get in touch to see about our octagonal frames. These can be made in a range if shapes, sizes and styles and hand finished to your exact requirements.

We can also make up mirrors in a number of set sizes with beveled edges for that extra special finish and don't forget about our unique Tunnock's teacakes frames - wrapped in the iconic red and silver foil.

So whether it's full length mirror for getting ready, a smaller rectangular one for your dressing table or something extra special to hang above the mantle piece, we've got you covered. You've got a frame you love and you've a piece of artwork you want to put in it, but it's not quite the right size? Fear not, we can cut you a bespoke mount that will make your frame and artwork look like they were destined to be together.

We offer a wide range of colours and textures and can even fit the piece into the frame for you so all you need to do is hang it on your wall. If we have the materials in stock, where possible, we will try to cut the mount while you wait.

If your artwork is of a standard photo or paper size and you’re looking for a quicker, cheaper option, then a ready made frame might be the perfect solution for you.

All handmade in our workshop, we stock a wide range of sizes in a variety of styles that are ready for you to take home and fit the piece yourself. From simple black and white frames, to colourful bobbin, bamboo, tabernacle and Tunnock's Teacake frames, with almost everything in-between, we're bound to have something that will work fantastically with your artwork.

If your artwork isn’t a standard size, don’t worry. We can make up a custom size frame for you to take away and fit the piece yourself. Alternatively, we can cut a mount card so that you're artwork will look right at home in one of our ready made frames.

If you've moved house recently, it's almost certain that one or more of your picture frames will now have broken glass in it - it's unavoidable! Not to worry though. We can cut replacement glass for you and as with new mounts, where possible, we will try to do it while you wait. For larger pieces or frames that require the old glass to be safely removed and the new glass fitted, it may take a few days for us to complete the work but we will endeavour to get it done as quickly as possible.

As well as regular float glass, we are able to offer UV glass, anti reflective glass and museum glass. These options offer extra protection to your artwork against harmful UV rays and also incredible clarity. Be sure to ask to see some examples when in store.

If one of your existing frames has been damaged, we can undertake some basic repair jobs but we would need to see the damage in person before determining whether or not we can carry out the repairs. More often than not, it's quicker, easier and more cost effective to make a new frame - and you'll also be able to experience all the fun of choosing a new frame for your treasured artwork!
