- CHANGES TO OPENING HOURS IN MAY AND JUNE 2024.....
Please note changes to our opening hours on the following dates in May and June

The very exciting reason for all of these changes is that my wife and I are expecting our first child in mid-June, so May is full of midwife appointments and antenatal classes. When the little one decides to arrive, I will be closing the shop for a couple of weeks in order to spend as much time as possible with our new family. Therefore, wait times on orders placed in late May and early June could could be a bit longer than usual. If you have any urgent upcoming projects, I would strongly recommend getting them into us ASAP so we can get them done for you before we take a short break. Please get in touch if you have any queries and we'll be happy to advise.

All of our frames are hand-made in our new shop, where our small team will handle your order from the design consultation stage, through the manufacturing process, to handing it back to you, ready to hang on your wall. In our store, we display over a thousand different moulding samples and nearly a hundred mountboard colours that can be combined to create the perfect accompaniment to your treasured artworks and items. We are also able to hand-paint a large number of plain wood mouldings in almost any colour you like, we love using the Farrow and Ball colours, and we're well known for our custom bobbin frames and mirrors. We have even made hexagonal, octagonal and even dodecagonal frames! And we have to mention our beautiful Tunnock's Teacakes frames and mirrors, that are wrapped in the iconic red and silver foil.
We appreciate that a bespoke frame might not be suitable for everyone's needs or budget, so we stock a large number and wide range of affordable ready-made frames. These come in a number of standard photo and paper sizes and in a range of colours, materials and styles - including bobbin and tabernacle frames. And if you're wanting to frame something for loved one but aren't sure on what they'd like, we sell gift vouchers that can be used on both bepoke framing and ready-made frames,
